About Just Desygn

 

Established in 2019, Just Desygn is a British mechanical design engineering company based in South Wales, that specialises in delivering high quality design engineering services.  John Bray, the CEO, has over 45 years experience in manufacturing and design engineering, in particular the steel industry for TATA Steel (formerly British Steel and Corus), as well as the water industry and materials recovery.

 

Design engineering services could either be delivered solely by Just Desygn on a client commission basis, or just the provision of engineering draughting. We have the capability to carry out work alongside plant engineers. Delivering design-out solutions to improve process yield, quality, and plant availability. As well as working with with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the design process of bespoke machinery and/or component design peculiar to a given sector of industry.

 

Furthermore, we have the capability to provide clear and highly detailed drawings for both draughting and  reverse engineering. The drawings we provide to our clients can be provided in either first or third angle projection, depending on preference. We also consider manufacturing and machining capabilities, and apply strict standards to critical components.

 

The main software package we use is SolidWorks with photo-rendering capability for 3D modelling, aiming to give the client a first class impression of how a product will look in situe. Though we can use other design software should a client request it. For ease of transferrability in respect of P&ID,  schematics and engineering working drawings; these will provided in formats *.dwg and *.pdf.
